  • Our delivery partners are ensuring the health and safety of their employees, and we have invested on COVID-related initiatives getting products to customers and keeping employees safe.
  • They’ve made process updates—from enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures to new efforts like disinfectant spraying.
  • They’ve distributed personal protective gear, such as masks for their employees, and implemented disinfectant spraying and temperature checks across our operations worldwide.
  • Their employees receive comprehensive health benefits starting on day one of employment.

Can I place an order? Will Ethio Bookstore deliver the books?

Yes, Ethio Bookstore‘s activities are currently continuing. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and in checkout. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

We’re working with our selling partners to temporarily prioritise books for quarantine like cookbooks, mindset books, health and fitness books, and other high demand books coming into our fulfilment centres so we can more quickly receive, restock and deliver these books to customers. Our teams are working to ensure availability of these books, and continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We’re continuing to deliver all available selection in our inventory, but some products may currently take longer to ship.

What’s the status of my order and delivery? Can I change the address on my order?

You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders on Ethio Bookstore or the Ethio Bookstore Mobile Shopping app on Android. You can change the delivery address for an order within 15 minutes for the Express Delivery, and within 2 hours for the Standard Delivery. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. You can also sign up to receive notification about your order here.

Is it safe to receive orders?

For guidance on Coronavirus, please refer to the World Health Organization website.

Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?

Yes. Ethio Bookstore‘s delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer’s doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance.

You can also choose a safe location where the driver can leave your package if you are not able to answer the door. To provide delivery instructions, please call the driver for the address you want to update.

Are Ethio Bookstore Pickup locations available for delivery?

Yes, we are working with location partners to ensure that where possible Ethio Bookstore locations remain available. If the location closes unexpectedly, you will be notified so that your book can be redirected to a home address.

አዎ ፣ የ Ethio Bookstore በአሁኑ ጊዜ ሥራዎች በመካሄድ ላይ ናቸው ፡፡ ለእያንዳንዱ በምርቱ ዝርዝር ገጽ ላይ የመላኪያ ጊዜዎችን እና መውጫውን ማግኘት ይችላሉ። አሁን ባሉት ድንጋጌዎች (ለምሳሌ ትምህርት ቤቶች) ምክንያት ሊዘጉ ላሉ ሕንፃዎች የመላኪያ አድራሻዎችን አይጠቀሙ ፡፡

እንደ የምግብ አሰራር መጽሐፍት ፣ አስተሳሰብ ገንቢ መጽሐፍት ፣ የጤና እና የአካል ብቃት መጽሐፍት እና ሌሎች ከፍተኛ ፍላጎት ያላቸው መጽሐፍት በፍጥነት ወደ እኛ የሚመጡ ከፍተኛ ፍላጎት ያላቸውን መጽሐፍት ለጊዜው ከቅድሚያ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ከሽያጭ አጋሮቻችን ጋር አብረን እንሰራለን ፡፡ ቡድኖቻችን የእነዚህ መጽሃፍቶች መኖራቸውን ለማረጋገጥ እየሰሩ ሲሆን የደንበኞችን ትዕዛዞችን ለማቅረብ ተጨማሪ አቅም በማምጣት ላይ ይገኛሉ ፡፡ በገንዘራችን ውስጥ ያሉትን ሁሉንም ምርጫዎች ማቅረባችንን እንቀጥላለን ፣ ግን አንዳንድ ምርቶች እስከ ለመላክ ብዙ ጊዜ ሊወስዱ ይችላሉ።
